Description:

The SBC2000-188 is a medium performance 16 bit, 'x86 compatible engine. Low power applications are possible with normal operation requiring 115 mA, nap mode 50 mA and sleep mode 152 mA. Additionally, the SBC2000-188 can turn itself completely off reducing supply current to zero and reactivate itself at a programmed time. The byte-wide boot ROM device is a standard 27xxx type for easy development. This device may be replaced with a Flash device for on-site reprogrammability.
